We have just returned from 3 amazing weeks staying in the villa. The location of the villa is second to none, in a quiet, private cul de sac not over looked with an amazing south facing pool which allows for relaxation all day long in the sun. Super markets are within 1 mile and so many more restaurants and fast food options have been built in the area since our last visit. You are spoilt for choice. Close to Disney, Lakeland (where we go for baseball) and international

Drive/universal as it’s just off the i4 you can get to either coast within 60 minutes (we managed a rocket launch at space coast).

The villa is spacious and has all we needed for our family (4 of us with 2 girls 18/15). Internet/TV was amazing to relax and chill in a large family area. Bedrooms etc were great with a bathroom in each. The villa has all the amenities needed including a pool table! ( as well as washer and dryer etc).

Pool area is massive and south facing and is amazing for sunrise coffees or sun sets in the evening.

We love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

We have just returned from a week staying at this lovely villa. It was very relaxing. Saw a Bob Cat one afternoon at the back. Maria was a pleasure to deal with and promptly returned our security deposit after we got home. Paying the extra for the late check out was ideal as our flight home was leaving late from Tampa so we didn’t have to hang around and find somewhere to go. We would definitely stay there again if we wanted to go to the Orlando area.

We have stayed at Hillsbay Hideaway on a number of occasions. We have been travelling to Orlando for over 20 years but Hillsbay is the only villa we have returned to year after year. Maria, Rob and their local management company were efficient, available if needed and a pleasure to communicate with. Hillsbay has everything you need to make your holiday a success. It’s well equipped, extremely private and quiet, clean and located in an area close to shops and restaurants.

I’d like to thank Maria and Rob, we have just returned from our holiday and had a wonderful time.

Contact with Maria was seamless, all enquiries were answered promptly, booking was easy. On our return Maria contacted us immediately to return our deposit refund.

The “Hideaway” is very peaceful, located in a quiet area of the community. Ideal to return to for some R and R after a hectic day in the parks.

We made lots of use of the pool area enjoying the south facing conservation views. The villa was spacious and comfortable with well-equipped rooms, fantastic air conditioning and fans.

Once again, thank you Rob and Maria – we’ll be returning (hopefully very soon).

We have just returned from Hills Bay Hideaway and we cant wait to return. We stayed for just over 3 weeks and it made such a difference having a real base close to all of the major attractions. We have previously stayed here in 2018 and it has only improved with new furniture, kitchen appliances and décor. (From speaking with Rob there is going to be more changes later this year being made too)

Since our last visit there has been a number of new restaurants, super markets and fast food places which have opened at Champions Gate which is brilliant as we grabbed breakfast a few times out on our way to Disney and Universal which is super.

We cant wait to come back for our next visit in 2024 to our home from home in Davenport.
