The Family Room
Whether you are looking to plan your day ahead or relive a fabulous day in Florida, our family room is a great in which to sit and relax in comfort. The soft furnishings include recliner chairs which look out directly into the pool area, while the smart HD TV provides a number of local and national channels and viewing options. Netflix and other streaming services such as Amazon Prime video are also available, simply bring your own account details, log in and away you go.
A large Ceiling fan adds an additional level of comfort as does the fully airconditioned living area. There are a choice of lighting options to match whatever it is you are doing or watching.
The two patio doors provide direct access onto the covered lanai and extended pool deck beyond.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and has the additional benefit of a gas stove, which we find provides a greater level of control when compared with the usual electric hobs.
There is ample cupboard space all of which are well stocked with everything you will require during your stay, including a large variety of cookware and utensils.
When you have finished your meal, simply load the dishwasher and set to wash, then sit down with a cold drink from the fridge or a coffee from the coffee maker.
The formal dining area seats six guests, and overlooks the pool area.
The Bedrooms
As you would expect, the master bedroom is extremely spacious and provides direct access into the pool area. Other benefits of this great room are a king size bed, ample storage space as well as a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan.
As you walk through the double doors into the accompanying ensuite bathroom, our guests are provided with his and her vanity basins, a Jacuzzi bathtub, toilet and separate double shower. Please note that all towels and linens are provided.
The second optional master bedroom has a queen size bed, built in double wardrobe and ample drawer space. A smart TV, provides the option to relax in your own airconditioned room whilst watching your favourite shows on the likes of Netflix. The bedroom also benefits from a ceiling fan.
The accompanying master bathroom has a single vanity basin, toilet and a bath incorporating an enclosed shower, and provides access directly onto the pool deck.
The third bedroom and optional 3rd master suite, consists of a queen size, a double built in wardrobe, vanity unit and drawers. The bedroom also has a smart TV and a ceiling fan to add a further level of comfort.
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, a double built in wardrobe and drawers. A small smart TV provides guests with the option to watch TV in bed.
The Laundry Room
There is a fully equipped laundry room, complete with a fully automatic washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The South Facing Pool & Covered Lanai
Our fabulous south facing pool area can be accessed via the living room and dining area or the master bedroom. The long covered lanai provides a welcome shade and has the addition benefit of having twin ceiling fans. This area is also ideal for al fresco dining.
Beyond the lanai is the extended pool deck and pool where our guests can relax in complete privacy, with views overlooking a conservation area. There is no shortage of space here, and there are plenty of tables, chairs and sun loungers for everyone.
The pool itself is an ideal shape and size for those who like to swim, unlike some pools which can limit the ability to swim properly, due to their shape and size. Please note that all towels for use in and around Hills Bay Hideaway are also provided.
Location
Not only does Hills Bay Hideaway offer complete privacy, but it is also conveniently located near some of Florida’s most popular attractions. Take a drive to explore the world-renowned beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, or immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Tampa and St. Petersburg. For the nature lovers, Hillsborough State Park is just a stone’s throw away, offering endless opportunities for hiking, wildlife watching, and water activities.
