An initial reservation may be made by e-mail by using the Email Address of Bob.email@example.com and will be held for seven days pending return of this completed Reservation Form with initial non refundable deposit, or longer if communication is taking place. The submission or signing of the Reservation Form and payment of the deposit by the party leader, confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below, and shall be binding on the person(s) booking and intending to occupy the premises.
Reservation Form / Payment of Deposit.
Completion and submission of the reservation form, or payment of the deposit, is confirmation that the guests have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the weekly rental rate is due when returning the Reservation Form. Payment can be made via personal cheque, bank transfer and PayPal.
If you wish to pay by Credit Card this can be done via our Management Company, but will incur a charge of 4%.
If booking is made less than 12 weeks before departure, Payment in full at the time of booking is required. On receipt of your deposit we will bank your cheque and await clearance, we will then send out a receipt and confirmation of your booking. Payment of the balance is due 9 weeks prior to your arrival. On receipt of full payment, we will send out your final instructions and information.
If pool heat is required this should be requested at the time of booking however may be added at a later date.
Check-in is from 4pm
Check-Out on day of departure is by 11am (or as agreed)
We may be able to offer you earlier check-in or later check-out times. These must be requested in advance.
Charges will apply if not adhered to.
Period before Departure Cancellation Charges:
More than 9 weeks Loss of deposit.
Less than 9 weeks 100% rental cost.
The person who signed the Reservation Form must confirm all cancellations in writing.
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the owners control necessitate the cancellation of the rental agreement, the owner reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time and will only be liable to refund monies already paid by the client. Furthermore, the Owner cannot guarantee that all facilities described in their marketing material will be available.
Complaints or Dissatisfaction.
In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay, please contact the Management Company immediately, their details are available at the property. If the matter cannot be resolved you should contact the owner, in writing, within 14 days of the end of the rental period. If the problem has not been reported as requested, to the Management Company, the owner cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever.
The owners or their agents cannot accept responsibility, be responsible or be liable in respect of damages or changes caused by Force Majeure e.g., strikes, floods, closure of airports or shops, weather conditions, power loss or other events beyond our control.
